The three protagonists of this meeting shared the idea of creating wines that are profound expressions of the goodness of nature. Their shared philosophy of minimal intervention in the winemaking process, letting nature shape the final product, resonated deeply. They imagined a series of wines that would capture the substance of their encounter, wines ‘Pure as Nature Intends’. This passion gave rise to the selection of wines APANI® by Marilisa Allegrini that reflects the most famous love story in the world born in those very lands, that of Romeo and Juliet, obviously without the tragic ending.

This vision is not just about wine production, it is a passion rooted in every step: from the cultivation of the vines to the careful care of the grapes to the art of creating the finest Italian red wines to offer a sensory journey that encapsulates the synthesis of Italy’s winemaking heritage. This ambition finds its apex in three of the most illustrious Italian wine regions: Bolgheri, renowned for its prestigious wines; Montalcino, celebrated for its elegant Brunello DOCG, suitable for ageing that, according to regulations, must be at least five years from the harvest and Rosso DOC and Valpolicella with the prince of wines of the area known for its rich and intense character.
