Google Analytics Tag.

APANI use Google Analytics to collect consumer device data, and related web browsing behaviour across devices (e.g. mobile phone / tablet / computer) wherever consumer can be identified with the same identifier (device ID or Consumer Identifier), for instance by tracking consumers who browse products on our site from a phone, and later return to complete purchases from a tablet or laptop. APANI do so to improve the effectiveness of our different marketing channels.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

APANI does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

  • We may provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with APANI under confidentiality agreements.  These companies may use your personal information to help APANI communicate with you about offers from APANI and our partners. You can request to be removed from the APANI database at any time by emailing info@apani.ch from the email address which we hold on our database.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the APANI service, such as announcements about learning events, experience days, trade fairs, sports activities and conferences, administrative messages and the APANI Newsletters, that are considered part of your APANI account.

 APANI website and service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If We become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 16 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
